Build lasting customer relationships, maintain product and systems knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative sales team. This is a permanent part-time role requiring regular weekend availability.

Leads a JB Hi-Fi store team to achieve sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, maintain merchandising and presentation standards, coach and develop employees, and ensure stock integrity and loss-prevention compliance across product categories.

Supports the Victorian Commercial Sales team by managing calls, emails, quotes, pricing, customer orders, deliveries, stock availability, supplier coordination, invoicing, order tracking, aftersales resolution, records, reporting, and process improvements. The role provides administrative and customer support for New Homes and Volume Builder commercial portfolios while ensuring accurate, timely processing and policy compliance.
