Lead customer-facing quality operations for field-deployed smart metering systems. Serve as primary contact for customer issues, track complaints, coordinate corrective actions within an ISO 9001 QMS, communicate status and resolutions to customers and sales, maintain audit-ready documentation, and partner with engineering and quality teams to validate effectiveness.

Provide specialized device-level technical support for metering and IoT devices: troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and communications; reproduce and diagnose device issues; validate fixes; support RMA decisions; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and assist customers via phone and email. Limited travel for escalations or deployments.
