Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account expansion, sponsorship and advertising sales, and healthcare education partnerships. Build relationships with pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer healthcare, and healthcare stakeholders; develop account plans; identify market opportunities; commercialize digital and educational offerings; and engage marketing, medical affairs, commercial leaders, and key opinion leaders.

Conduct site monitoring and management for clinical trials, including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits. Ensure protocol, GCP, ICH, and regulatory compliance; support recruitment, training, documentation, regulatory submissions, CRF completion, data queries, and Trial Master File maintenance. Collaborate with study teams, resolve site issues, prepare monitoring reports, and support financial management where applicable.
