Lead and scale Zelora’s sales function, owning sales strategy, revenue performance, forecasting, customer conversion, operating processes, and team development. Build a high-performing, consultative sales culture while optimizing phone, digital, LiveChat, text, and AI-enabled channels. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Field Operations, Product, and Technology to improve customer journeys, sales capability, and commercial outcomes in the home electrification market.

Owns the customer journey from lead generation through post-install engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback and journey performance, improving conversion and customer experience, developing lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels, launching products, managing HubSpot workflows, and collaborating with Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Support teams.

Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and release testing. Manage defects, validate fixes, maintain test documentation, and support quality governance. Assist with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and stakeholder workshops. Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners across Agile and Waterfall projects while contributing to testing standards and continuous improvement.
