Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations (general advice, not treatment); deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme; facilitate webinars/seminars; support employee wellbeing, stress, and resilience; collaborate with internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.

Lead Intellect’s expansion across Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem. Responsibilities include market strategy, proposition and commercial model development, pipeline creation, senior stakeholder relationships, partnerships, negotiations, pilot conversion, implementation, and scalable operating model development. The role owns opportunities from market insight through revenue generation and measurable clinical, operational, and commercial outcomes, coordinating across product, clinical, commercial, legal, finance, operations, and technology teams.
