Provides remote, night-shift technical support for medical imaging software customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, SQL Server, and application issues; monitoring client sites; configuring and deploying software; documenting incidents in ServiceNow; meeting SLAs; escalating complex cases; and creating knowledge-base content. The role requires strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in Windows administration and technical support.
