Develops relationships with referring doctors, allied health specialists, and healthcare stakeholders across east Melbourne. Responsibilities include growing referrals, supporting referrer needs, organizing medical education events, collaborating with clinical and operational teams, and sharing market insights to inform strategy. The role requires healthcare sales or business development experience, strong stakeholder engagement, organizational skills, independence, a driver’s license, and preferably a degree in medical imaging, health, or science.

Supervise CT radiography services by providing clinical education, mentoring, technical support, and workflow guidance. The role supports scan quality, protocol optimisation, troubleshooting, equipment procurement, operational improvements, and safe patient care. It also collaborates with radiologists, referrers, modality leads, and internal teams, while travelling between regional CT sites as required.

Provide diagnostic ultrasound across MSK, obstetrics, vascular, general and interventional modalities; deliver patient-centred scanning and imaging quality; rotate to support Pakenham and nearby clinics; work independently and collaboratively, maintain ASAR accreditation and engage in professional development.
