Lead customers through technical implementations from kickoff to adoption. Coordinate projects, milestones, communications, workshops, webinars, training, documentation, and onboarding activities. Troubleshoot implementation issues, support internal technical training, manage bespoke implementations for larger clients, gather customer requirements, ensure satisfaction, and improve onboarding processes. The role requires strong project management, communication, technical implementation, and customer engagement skills across Microsoft 365, modern workplace, or SaaS environments.

Develop and execute sales plans across the ANZ region, prospect for new business, build executive-level client relationships, demonstrate products, negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales quotas. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams, monitoring market trends, forecasting sales, and representing the company at business events and conferences.

Build and manage long-term relationships with MSP partners across the ANZ region. Guide onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities while monitoring customer health and engagement. Conduct business reviews, workshops, and training; develop account plans; gather customer feedback; and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Implementation teams to deliver strong partner outcomes.
