Provides first- and second-line technical support to MSP partners, triages incidents, resolves platform issues, manages Intercom tickets, and follows major incident procedures. Builds KPI, CSAT, and service dashboards; develops workflows and documentation to improve service desk operations. Collaborates with Engineering and Product on customer feedback and feature requests while delivering professional, empathetic customer service.

Supports the Australian business by managing office operations, facilities, suppliers, executive calendars, travel, meetings, reports, and internal communications. Coordinates onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, employee records, recruitment administration, and confidential employee matters. Organizes events and engagement initiatives while identifying operational improvements. Partners closely with the Regional Leader and supports business initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.

Prospects for new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and research tools. Builds executive-level relationships, understands prospect needs, promotes cybersecurity and AI solutions, and achieves meeting and activity targets. Collaborates with internal technical teams, monitors market and competitor trends, and represents the company at business events and conferences.

Drive recurring-revenue growth across existing MSP accounts by identifying tenant expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Build executive and operational relationships, act as a trusted advisor, support product adoption and retention, forecast pipeline, meet MRR expansion targets, monitor customer trends, refine SKU messaging with Marketing and Product, and represent inforcer at industry and partner events.
