Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex enterprise storage issues. Diagnose root causes, assist customers with INFINIDAT product configuration and management, recommend improvements, collaborate with development teams, and support custom solutions and implementations. The role requires advanced Linux administration, networking, SAN/NAS storage knowledge, scripting, strong communication, independent problem-solving, and availability for weekends and holidays when needed.
