Manage a supported independent living home delivering person-centred services to NDIS participants. Responsibilities include rostering, coordinating support, monitoring wellbeing and documentation, supervising and developing disability support workers, maintaining compliance with NDIS standards, managing incidents and restrictive practices, communicating with families and stakeholders, supporting audits, and ensuring high standards of health, safety, care, and cleanliness.

Manage customer engagement for people with disability from enquiry to onboarding. Build stakeholder relationships, generate and convert referrals, promote services, support intake and assessment, represent the organisation at events, monitor referral activity, collaborate with operations, and ensure NDIS compliance and quality standards to improve participant outcomes.
