Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for IDEXX VetLab analysers and diagnostic devices. Diagnose hardware/software, calibration, and performance issues; respond to customers with empathy and clarity; collaborate with internal teams; participate in rotating roster including occasional weekends and after-hours support. Support customer success and reliability of veterinary diagnostic solutions.

Provide diagnostic radiology reads and reporting for veterinary patients in a mentored telemedicine role, complete training/known-case sets, participate in virtual rounds and mentoring, prepare for ECVDI board exam, and transition to a boarded Radiologist II upon certification and satisfactory performance.

As a Radiologist at IDEXX, you'll provide diagnostic information to assist veterinarians and pet owners, work collaboratively, and utilize innovative tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining a work/life balance.
