What's It Like to Work at Identity Digital?
Identity Digital Employee Perspectives
What drew you back to Identity Digital?
After leaving Identity Digital, I did a bit of soul-searching, backpacking and a few quick stints at other organizations. I maintained a lot of the strong personal and professional relationships that I had developed over the years with team members at Identity Digital despite bouncing around all over the world. When a position opened up, I was excited to continue my professional journey with people I knew worked well with me at an organization that I trusted.
What advice would you offer to leaders who wish to create the type of workplace that draws former employees back?
I think a lot of qualities define a truly great workplace, but the biggest quality that contributed to me coming back was clear communication. I can clearly remember my exit interview. I would strongly encourage any leader to develop and use thoughtful exit interviews to make sure that both the organization and employee are clear on what led to the separation and what could change in the future to encourage a boomerang.
