Design, develop and execute functional, regression, integration and UAT test plans; identify, document and track defects; collaborate with developers, BAs and stakeholders; support release readiness; and help evolve testing capability with increased automation and CI/CD integration.

Investigate issues, define technical requirements and specifications, and work with developers to build, test and release enhancements to the WebRater application. Analyse integrations, data flows and platform performance, troubleshoot defects, and support delivery while upskilling other BAs on technical approaches.
