Guide ~30 customers through HubSpot setup and adoption, run strategic calls and EBRs, train users, ensure technical setup, launch growth campaigns, collaborate with Sales and CSMs, and improve/scalability of onboarding processes across APAC.

Own and drive retention, adoption, and growth for a portfolio of small-business customers. Build relationships with decision makers, define success plans, monitor health, mitigate risk, identify expansion opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally for renewals, and use AI and data to scale impact and forecast renewals.

The role involves managing the sales cycle for small businesses, providing guidance, nurturing leads, and achieving growth objectives with HubSpot's tools.
