The role requires strong general insurance expertise, senior leadership experience, business development ability, market relationships, communication skills, and relevant financial services broking qualifications.

Opportunity for experienced underwriters to establish or join insurance underwriting agencies through shared-equity models. Candidates may develop new underwriting agencies or classes of business, leverage insurance market relationships or specialized underwriting expertise, and receive financial backing, technology, mentorship, and network support. The opportunity focuses on commercial lines insurance and entrepreneurial growth.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance risks, including client relationships, retention strategies, new business development, marketing campaigns, documentation, and revenue objectives. The role requires a 360-degree broking approach, strong negotiation and communication skills, interaction with senior enterprise stakeholders, and experience across ISR, liability, and motor insurance products.
