Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution across commercial, property, construction, insolvency, employment and shareholder disputes. Draft pleadings, witness statements and court documents; conduct legal research and case analysis; attend court hearings and mediations; provide strategic client advice and collaborate with senior lawyers on complex disputes while developing dispute resolution and ADR expertise.
