Lead and coach a team of Implementation Managers delivering multiple concurrent SaaS implementations across APJ. Own delivery quality, operational performance, utilisation, forecasting, escalations, and cross-functional partnership to improve time-to-value and scaling processes for Professional Services.

Engage and qualify inbound leads quickly, conduct consultative conversations, schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM accuracy, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to convert demand into qualified pipeline.

The Sales Engineer will conduct technical demos, engage in multi-stakeholder sessions, support AEs and Account Managers, and integrate customer feedback into solutions, managing a high-volume pipeline within the APJ region.
