Lead and deliver projects across the metropolitan aggregates area, managing a portfolio and a team of 3-4. Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, safety, quality, stakeholder relationships, and commercial outcomes while driving continuous improvement and reporting to senior leadership.

Partner with regional and frontline leaders to deliver workforce strategy, employee relations, talent and capability development, change and organisational design, workforce planning and data-driven people insights while building HR advisory capability across large, blue-collar operations.

Lead development of supply chain standards, performance reporting and continuous improvement across national Readymix operations. Maintain SOPs and governance, track metrics, deliver analysis and insights, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support digital transformation and AI-enabled improvements, and partner with operational leaders to embed consistent execution.
