Manage mid–senior client relationships at a digital-focused media agency, provide strategic guidance, oversee digital campaign planning and delivery, analyse performance and reporting, manage commercials and budgets, mentor junior staff, and drive client growth through collaboration with digital/platform teams.

Lead and manage the digital team to plan, execute and optimise programmatic, search and social campaigns. Own team development, budgeting, reporting, client relationships, new business pitching, and integration of data across channels to drive commercial results.

Lead strategy, execution and optimisation of digital brand campaigns across platforms. Manage full campaign lifecycle including planning, budgeting, trafficking, tracking, analysis and client reporting. Guide junior team members, liaise with vendors, and identify opportunities to improve brand performance and ROI. Ensure campaigns meet brand KPIs and deliver clear insights and recommendations to clients.
