Own product outcomes and backlogs for Easy Electric SEC and its Zoho integration. Translate customer and business needs into prioritized epics and stories, define acceptance criteria, manage dependencies and sprint priorities, coordinate stakeholder decisions, and oversee release readiness and hypercare. Maintain alignment between product priorities, service transition, and operational support.

Analyze source-to-target data flows across utility, installer, and CRM systems. Define data mappings, validation, reconciliation, data-quality rules, lineage, privacy considerations, and reporting requirements. Support API payload definition, test-data preparation, defect analysis, traceability, and stakeholder workshops. The role requires strong SQL, integration analysis, CRM/customer data, documentation, and privacy-aware data-handling skills. Utilities or consumer-energy experience is preferred.

Leads the end-to-end design and delivery of an Easy Electric SEC-to-Zoho CRM integration. Owns API architecture, data mapping, authentication, error handling, observability, non-functional requirements, release readiness, governance, and cross-functional coordination. Guides developers, reviews designs and code, supports production triage, and facilitates stakeholder design workshops. Requires extensive integration and application engineering experience, with cloud, CI/CD, security, monitoring, and preferably utilities-sector expertise.
