Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale IAM transformation migrating from a legacy identity platform to Microsoft Entra ID. Manage governance, planning, risks, stakeholders, vendors, migration, testing, cutover, hypercare, operational transition, reporting, and project closure across business and technology teams.

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM, troubleshooting incidents, monitoring queues and jobs, supporting warehouse processes, coordinating with cross-functional SAP teams, and implementing enhancements. The consultant will perform root-cause analysis, assist with testing and transports, maintain documentation, train users, and support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
