Lead regional dementia support service delivery, ensuring clinical governance, performance, budgeting, reporting and team development. Drive strategic planning, ICT/data use, quality, and capacity building across aged care stakeholders.

Provide home-based and community physiotherapy to older adults: assess functional needs, set goals, deliver treatment, run group activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support independence and quality care in clients' homes.

Provide person-centred residential aged care under the Clinical Care Manager: administer medicines, support residents’ health, wellbeing and dignity, follow Aged Care Quality Standards, maintain documentation, build relationships with residents and families, and work collaboratively with the care team.
