Own month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, variance commentary, annual audit support, and weekly restaurant cash reconciliation. Manage the end-to-end cash cycle, investigate discrepancies, strengthen controls, and establish accounting systems and processes for new corporate restaurant openings. Partner with Finance, Operations, senior management, and statutory stakeholders across the restaurant network.

Own the end-to-end franchisee recruitment and onboarding pipeline supporting restaurant expansion. Lead candidate assessment, site allocation planning, compliance, stakeholder presentations, and franchisee relationship management. Interpret performance, compliance, and real estate data to guide expansion decisions, build scalable processes, and support the franchise network. The role requires strong commercial judgment, strategic planning, communication, and knowledge of franchise operations and Australian franchising requirements.

Own GYG's social and digital media strategy end-to-end: manage the social content calendar and daily posting, lead paid social and digital media buying (including Google), liaise with publishers, track and report performance, recommend optimisations, and monitor trends to inform campaigns across Australia and overseas markets.
