Design and develop customer-facing web and mobile solutions using JavaScript, React, and Guidewire’s Jutro design system. Lead architecture for single-page applications and digital services, collaborate with UX and cross-functional teams, support AngularJS-to-React migrations, apply automated testing and server-side technologies, mentor development teams, and participate in client implementation projects requiring onsite travel.

Own the design and delivery of a Guidewire InsuranceSuite functional or integration workstream. Responsibilities include translating requirements into solution designs, estimating work, configuring and coding in Gosu and Java, building integrations, conducting quality reviews, managing risks, mentoring consultants and developers, and collaborating with project and customer leadership. The role also contributes reusable assets, AI-assisted engineering practices, and successful cloud transformation delivery.
