Lead and embed Computational Design across projects and regions by developing workflows, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Provide technical leadership, mentor specialists, coordinate resources, create standards and training, collaborate with BIM/Sustainability/IT, and represent the practice in industry engagement and research.

Lead BIM delivery on projects: set up project BIM strategies, act as Information Manager, manage BIM coordinators, maintain models and deliverables, ensure ISO19650 and Grimshaw BIM Standards compliance, provide training and technical support to project teams.
