Develops and refreshes technical audit learning content, translates complex accounting and auditing requirements into practical training, and facilitates national learning sessions for Audit professionals from Graduate to Partner. The role creates digital and face-to-face materials, supports onboarding, collaborates with subject matter experts, and travels interstate across Australian offices. Strong audit and accounting expertise is more important than traditional Learning and Development experience.

Lead and execute statutory audits for listed, private and not-for-profit clients using firm methodology and technology. Prepare accurate audit workpapers, identify financial risks, ensure IFRS and auditing standards compliance, resolve technical issues, and coach team members to meet deadlines and deliver client value.

Prepare financial statements, tax returns (including SMSF), BAS, FBT and payroll tax; research and advise on Australian tax issues; liaise with the ATO and regulatory bodies; design commercial structures; manage client relationships and ensure accounting compliance for private businesses, high net worth individuals and corporate clients.
