Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, Security, UX, and R&D roles. Partner with hiring leaders on role definition, structured interviews, sourcing strategy, market research, candidate assessment, pipeline management, and offer negotiations. Build diverse talent pipelines, use recruiting data to guide decisions, maintain accurate Greenhouse documentation, deliver an inclusive candidate experience, and improve recruiting practices through responsible AI use and shared resources.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, and related teams. Partner with hiring leaders, build diverse talent pipelines, conduct structured assessments, use market and funnel data to guide hiring, manage candidate experiences, negotiate offers, and maintain recruiting documentation. The role also involves improving recruiting practices, responsibly using AI, and advising stakeholders in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to ANZ prospects and customers, leading discovery, demonstrations, solution design, proofs of value, workshops, and technical evaluations. Partner with Account Executives to support customer acquisition and expansion, advise on DevSecOps, cloud, security, and software development practices, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams. Build long-term relationships, guide digital transformation, and support GitLab platform adoption.

Detect and respond to security incidents across GitLab’s 24/7 global rotation, managing events from detection through recovery. Maintain incident response runbooks, conduct root-cause and lessons-learned reviews, automate security processes, improve detection capabilities, investigate cloud threats and infected hosts, and collaborate across teams on security projects and tooling.

Lead the SSCS Add-On engineering team to develop security capabilities, managing delivery, team growth, and quality in a collaborative environment.
