Own end-to-end SaaS subscription renewals for ANZ customers: engage early, lead pricing and contract negotiations, forecast and manage renewal pipeline in Salesforce, reduce churn, coordinate cross-functional mitigation, enable partner/reseller renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while supporting Flex consumption-based pricing transitions.

Own and grow a mid-market commercial book in New Zealand, drive full sales cycles from outbound prospecting to close, meet quota, forecast and manage territory in CRM, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and expansion, represent GitLab to customers, and mentor peers.

The Staff Infrastructure Security Engineer will lead security initiatives, set architectural patterns, conduct security reviews, and mentor engineers while ensuring security in cloud infrastructures for GitLab.
