Manage a portfolio of APJ customers to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and advocacy for GitLab. The role involves being a technical advisor, focusing on AI solutions within GitLab's DevSecOps platform, guiding strategy and value for customers, and leading technical evaluations and workshops.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for ANZ customers: lead discovery, demos, POCs/POVs and workshops; design solutions using GitLab, DevSecOps and cloud practices; influence adoption and revenue; provide customer feedback to product teams and create reusable technical collateral.

Lead and grow a distributed Solutions Architecture team across Australia & New Zealand, act as a player-coach on strategic technical sales motions, run technical evaluations/workshops/demos/POCs, align cross-functionally with GTM and product teams, maintain operational discipline, hire and develop talent, and drive regional strategy and KPIs to scale technical engagement and revenue outcomes.

Drive new ARR and expansion across mid-market accounts in Australia by owning the full sales cycle for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting, manage territory and forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present to executives, apply MEDPICC and Command of the Message, and mentor peers while regularly meeting on-site with key customers.
