Leads sustainability strategy development and delivery, climate risk and carbon management advisory, complex client projects, business development, proposals, client relationships, team mentoring, and industry representation. The role supports growth of GHD’s Sustainability Advisory offering across water, transportation, property and buildings, environment, and energy and resources sectors.

Lead complex groundwater impact assessments and regional modelling studies across APAC. Apply advanced numerical modelling, calibration, uncertainty assessment, and PEST-based workflows using tools such as MODFLOW and FEFLOW. Manage projects from proposal through delivery, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, engage clients, support business development, and mentor groundwater professionals while contributing to technical capability and leadership.

Leads generator connection studies and power systems analysis for renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include technical leadership, mentoring engineers, client and network-company reporting, project scoping and commercial management, and delivery of load flow, short-circuit, dynamic, and EMTP studies. Requires expertise in power systems software, Fortran and Python programming, grid-forming technologies, Australian electricity rules, and generator connection processes.
