The Systems Administrator will manage and support systems/platforms, facilitate technical discussions, ensure security compliance, and lead operational improvements across IT services in the Asia Pacific region.

Lead the delivery of Information Services projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, governance, financial and commercial matters, and executive engagement. Collaborate with business and technology teams across applications, infrastructure, platforms, data, and digital initiatives. Support project delivery frameworks, mentor developing colleagues, and contribute to team capability and culture.

Leads the strategic direction and growth of an urban planning capability across Victorian and Tasmanian teams. Responsibilities include technical leadership, project review, resource coordination, client relationship management, pursuits, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, quality and compliance oversight, mentoring, supervision, and technical training. The role requires strong knowledge of regional planning systems, commercial judgment, established client relationships, and experience delivering major projects in consulting or related environments.
