Advises executives and operational leaders on forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, workforce optimization, ROI, cost control, and employee experience. Develops transformation roadmaps, manages stakeholder change, supports sales teams, demonstrates WEM capabilities, and ensures practical delivery. Collaborates with product teams on user stories and epics while managing multiple global customer engagements and maintaining delivery quality.
