Own and optimize B2B digital marketing campaigns across ANZ and India, including paid media, email nurture, content syndication, ABM, website content, and SEO. Manage agencies, vendors, regional budgets, campaign tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting. Drive measurable outcomes including lead generation, account engagement, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI while localizing global programs for regional audiences.

Leads Genesys’ ANZ Solutions Consulting function, managing and developing a high-performing team that supports enterprise sales growth. Responsibilities include go-to-market strategy, technical and consultative sales leadership, AI capability development, solution design, executive customer engagement, partner collaboration, performance reporting, and cross-functional input into product evolution. The role requires scaling SaaS, CX, AI, or enterprise software businesses and driving consistent revenue overachievement across a complex regional market.
