Leads APAC Onshore Wind Services finance and operational performance across the project lifecycle. Oversees cost control, financial reporting, cash collection, closing processes, fleet availability, margin performance, and operational improvement initiatives. Partners with regional and global leaders, advises service and finance executives, optimizes staffing and project spend, and leads the APAC Services Finance team. Requires extensive finance experience, including dedicated Wind Services Finance expertise, cross-functional leadership, and international travel.

Manages customer equipment, facilities, and infrastructure projects across Asia, overseeing delivery, resources, profit and loss, risks, and customer satisfaction. Leads project teams, applies project management best practices, analyzes data, resolves moderately complex issues, and influences stakeholders. The role contributes to strategy, supports quality and operational effectiveness, and may lead small- to medium-sized projects with moderate autonomy.

Lead commercial strategy and execution for APAC Onshore Wind aftermarket, shaping deal structures, pricing, and contractual terms for CSAs. Drive complex customer negotiations, coordinate multifunctional teams, support inquiry-to-order process improvements, and achieve commercial metrics for orders, sales, and margin.
