Lead commercial strategy and execution for APAC Onshore Wind aftermarket, shaping deal structures, pricing, and contractual terms for CSAs. Drive complex customer negotiations, coordinate multifunctional teams, support inquiry-to-order process improvements, and achieve commercial metrics for orders, sales, and margin.

Manages commercial contracts during the Order to Remittance phase, including customer and supplier relationships, claims, disputes, insurance, and commercial issues. Serves as a functional expert and first-line manager, influences stakeholders, supports strategy and policy development, analyzes problems, leads projects, and ensures quality and effective delivery within the contract management function.

Leads delivery of Australian onshore wind projects, including turbine logistics, installation, commissioning, performance testing, customer handover, and close-out. Owns project profit and loss, budgets, forecasts, risks, schedules, governance, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Directly manages Project Managers and coordinates cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and senior stakeholders. Develops Australian project strategy, drives operational excellence, strengthens project execution capability, develops talent, and ensures projects meet contractual, financial, quality, safety, and schedule commitments.
