Field sales professional responsible for retaining and expanding large enterprise public-sector accounts. The role builds C-level relationships, delivers value from Gartner services, identifies and closes cross-sell and upsell opportunities, manages complex sales processes, maintains pipeline and quota performance, and owns forecasting and account planning. Travel is required as needed.

Conduct technology research and analysis focused on public-sector CIOs, AI governance, cybersecurity, cost optimization, operating models, procurement, and government technology markets. Create actionable research, market predictions, presentations, and client guidance; support sales and conferences; review content; improve research processes; and mentor junior analysts. Build credibility with government technology executives and advise clients through virtual and in-person engagements.

Lead research and provide actionable, high-impact insights on Microsoft licensing and software contracting. Advise clients on negotiation strategies, publish thought leadership, support sales and events, and drive research process improvements while collaborating across global teams.
