Design KPIs and scorecards, lead strategic initiatives and scenario planning, and build the commercial finance function to support AU and US growth while providing actionable commercial insight to the CFO and executive team.

Own outbound acquisition for mid-to-large aesthetic clinics across Australia. Build and activate networks at events, run end-to-end sales from first touch to close, consultatively solve clinic problems, experiment with outreach, maintain HubSpot pipeline accuracy, and handover to Marketing and Onboarding for smooth client experiences.
