Act as strategic partner between Global Business Services and IT Solutions to define GBS technology strategy, translate business needs into IT initiatives, build business cases, manage project pipeline (including AI initiatives), handle escalations, drive transparency and process improvements, set expectations, and report KPIs and metrics to GBS leadership.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume and specialized hiring environment supporting the Manila GBS hub. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, proactively source candidates, maintain ATS (Workday), improve recruitment processes and SOPs, drive employer branding, support TA projects, coach junior recruiters, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and facilitate offer negotiation and closure.

Lead payroll governance, process and system strategy for global payroll transformation. Capture and migrate local processes, run design sessions, collaborate with vendors and IT, support implementations, maintain KPIs, training, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple countries.
