Supervise IFRS 15 revenue accounting operations, including complex contract assessments, transaction price allocation, journal entries, reconciliations, financial close, audits, and SAP RAR reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue recognition issues, improve processes and controls, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Coordinate delivery of the Financial Close Transformation program by integrating BlackLine, SAP AFC, SAP S/4HANA and related finance apps. Manage cross-functional workstreams, roadmaps, risks, testing, cutover and go-live readiness, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communications while driving standardization and continuous improvement across international teams.

Manage and optimize the BlackLine platform globally, bridging Finance and IT to implement/configure modules, gather requirements, support SIT/UAT, data migration, go-live, and drive automation and continuous improvement across Record-to-Report processes.

Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, transaction review and approval, training, process improvement, project participation, audit support, and ensuring accounting complies with GAAP and global policies. Lead issue resolution, root-cause actions, and contribute to R2R tower management and stabilization of migrated entities.

Advance Global ICS digital maturity by identifying manual processes, assessing automation opportunities, translating business requirements for Automation teams, and maintaining automation backlogs. Enhance Workiva automation and build integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Anaplan. Document current and target workflows, support testing and deployment validation, coordinate with IT and ICS stakeholders, maintain SAP reporting expertise, and assist with GRC, Workiva, reporting, and other ICS operations.

Manage accurate, timely payroll processing for European countries, ensuring compliance with local labor and tax laws. Validate timecards, audit payroll registers, resolve discrepancies, support T&A training, create SOPs, implement payroll policies, and lead process improvement projects while partnering with stakeholders to address payroll inquiries.

Lead and manage APAC payroll and HR operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll cycles. Oversee multi-country teams and third-party vendors, implement SOPs and controls, drive continuous improvement, report on SLAs/metrics, support audits, and develop staff performance and processes across the region.

Lead IT risk assessments, evaluate and document inherent and residual risks, partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor risk response plans, support enterprise IT risk and cyber security initiatives, maintain risk management procedures and best practices, and communicate risks across ITS and business units.

Lead payroll governance, process and system strategy for global payroll transformation. Capture and migrate local processes, run design sessions, collaborate with vendors and IT, support implementations, maintain KPIs, training, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple countries.

Maintain general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset processing, month-end close, internal controls, BlackLine journal reviews, consolidation reporting, audit support, SOP updates, and process improvements within SLA timelines.

The ATR GBS Coordinator oversees global close governance, drives standardization of month-end close processes, manages risks, and ensures compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, addressing issues, and enhancing R2R performance through stakeholder communication and project management.
