Teams at Fluent Commerce

Own month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities across multiple entities and currencies. Prepare journals, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, consolidation, payroll reconciliations, tax filings, audit support, and compliance documentation. The role partners with external advisers and payroll providers across six countries, strengthens financial controls, improves processes, and applies automation and AI tools to finance operations.

Leads the global customer support function, overseeing support strategy, team development, incident and problem management, SLA performance, process optimization, and customer and partner experience. Partners with technology teams to address support needs across product development and lifecycle initiatives. Uses data-driven insights to improve support effectiveness and resolve customer issues while building strong stakeholder relationships.
