Teams at Fever

Manage the development and delivery of media and event-led brand partnership campaigns. Responsibilities include interpreting client briefs, shaping proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and deadlines, leading client communications, reporting on campaign performance, developing client and partner relationships, and maintaining market and competitor knowledge.

Provide legal support for Fever’s APAC and common-law operations, including corporate, commercial, compliance, litigation, and dispute matters. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements across jurisdictions, advise on regional legal developments, coordinate internal and external counsel, maintain legal templates and guidance, and support business growth. The role requires an Australia- or New Zealand-qualified practicing lawyer with at least four years of post-qualification experience, strong commercial judgment, cross-cultural capability, and relocation to Madrid.

Drive growth strategy and business performance across Fever’s international markets and business units. Own growth-team decisions, define strategies to improve key metrics, and implement high-impact projects end to end. Collaborate with teams across up to 40 countries, using data to guide strategic decisions. The role requires strong analytics and business experience, leadership across projects, familiarity with China’s digital ecosystem, and professional fluency in English; Mandarin is preferred.
