Teams at Fever

Manages Fever’s largest strategic partners and their events and projects, overseeing delivery across cross-functional teams. Builds trusted relationships, drives partner performance through KPIs and data-informed strategies, prepares performance reports, and translates partner feedback into product and operational improvements. The role also involves mentoring future project managers and supporting strategic growth across entertainment partnerships.

Develop visual identities, campaigns, branding, editorial, packaging, digital, print, and video assets. Collaborate with designers, strategists, editors, clients, and vendors; ensure visual consistency and technical quality; finalize artwork for production; manage timelines and lead projects. The role requires fluent English and Korean, advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills, generative AI familiarity, strong organization, and experience delivering complex international projects.

Lead growth strategy across Fever’s international markets and business units. Own growth decisions, define strategies to improve key business metrics, and implement high-impact projects end to end. Collaborate with teams across up to 40 countries, use data to guide strategic decisions, and report to global growth leadership. The role requires analytics or business experience, cross-functional leadership, and familiarity with China’s digital consumer ecosystem.
