Monitor and investigate internet-scale security threats for managed security customers. Lead incident response, analyze traffic and logs, deploy WAF and security-rule mitigations, tune detection policies, conduct threat hunting, and produce after-action reports. Serve as a customer-facing security subject matter expert during active incidents, communicating technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Senior CSOC Analyst monitors and analyzes customer activities to ensure security, responds to incidents, and supports security products and services with expertise.
