Manage complex client implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations for financial software solutions. Responsibilities include project governance, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting, stakeholder communication, resource planning, vendor coordination, quality assurance, client readiness, training, cutover, production transition, financial tracking, and PMO improvement initiatives.

Manage relationships with financial institution clients, understand their goals and workflows, identify opportunities to improve technology adoption, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions. The role owns client initiatives, resolves issues, supports retention and growth, provides product feedback, and contributes to team development while building expertise in financial technology and client success.

Drives sales, retention, and expansion of FactSet’s buy-side front-office products across Australia and New Zealand. Builds client relationships, partners with sales and implementation teams, manages a regional book of business, tracks opportunities in CRM, and develops expertise in research, analytics, quantitative, and portfolio-construction workflows. Positions competitive product differentiation, supports enterprise solution selling, and communicates regional client feedback to product teams.
