Drive enterprise data sales for FactSet’s Content and Off-Platform Technology solutions. Build relationships with buy-side, sell-side, and strategic partner clients; identify opportunities; develop value propositions and proposals; manage sales pipelines; and coordinate with sales, consulting, implementation, product, and client services teams. Serve as a subject-matter expert on financial data solutions, deliver client education, provide product feedback, and develop strategies that support growth, deployment, satisfaction, and retention.

Manage complex client implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations for financial software solutions. Responsibilities include project governance, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting, stakeholder communication, resource planning, vendor coordination, quality assurance, client readiness, training, cutover, production transition, financial tracking, and PMO improvement initiatives.

Manage relationships with financial institution clients, understand their goals and workflows, identify opportunities to improve technology adoption, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions. The role owns client initiatives, resolves issues, supports retention and growth, provides product feedback, and contributes to team development while building expertise in financial technology and client success.
