The Priority Officer provides express pickup service and outstanding customer service to Priority Members while actively seeking ways to improve customer experiences. Responsibilities include serving loyalty customers efficiently and effectively, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee daily operations, manage staff, control costs, promote team culture, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue growth at the station.

Support Operations team to meet KPIs and budget by driving compliance, developing policies, maintaining operations manuals, liaising with franchise, L&D, Marketing and Fleet, reviewing station profitability, and assisting in manpower, P&L and capex budgeting.
