Drive new and existing business across South-East Victoria, Gippsland and Tasmania by combining clinical insight with sales. Prospect, build pipeline, create proposals, negotiate contracts, use CRM and Power BI for forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement wound care and compression therapy solutions in hospitals.

Lead a 25-person production area to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing outcomes. Drive production plans, KPIs, quality, waste reduction, root-cause problem solving, continuous improvement, equipment performance, and people development while partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and HR.

Support regulatory submissions, registrations, licenses and post-market activities for Health & Medical products in Australia and New Zealand. Maintain regulatory documentation, assist with audits, quality management (document/change control, CAPA), adverse event reporting, recalls, tender support, and continuous improvement alongside cross-functional teams.
