Translates global priorities into local campaigns, promotional strategies, e-commerce initiatives, and customer engagement programs. Partners across Sales, Medical Affairs, Operations, and regional stakeholders; engages clinicians and external partners; and leads a high-performing marketing team. Ensures marketing decisions align with ISO 13485 requirements while improving analytical rigor, ROI, innovation, and commercial performance.

Drive new and existing business across South-East Victoria, Gippsland and Tasmania by combining clinical insight with sales. Prospect, build pipeline, create proposals, negotiate contracts, use CRM and Power BI for forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement wound care and compression therapy solutions in hospitals.
