Leads customer-facing security advisory and sales support for Ericsson’s telecom solutions. Responsibilities include advising customers on cybersecurity, privacy, business continuity, risk assessment, governance, data management, product security, ISO 27001 controls, vulnerability assessment, and regulatory requirements. The role serves as the primary security contact, ensures contractual security commitments are addressed, drives internal security projects and gap closure, and coordinates cross-functional cybersecurity stakeholders across pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Lead complex technical investigations and customer support for Ericsson 4G/5G RAN solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include protocol and log analysis, troubleshooting critical incidents, reviewing solution implementations, supporting optimization and feature deployment, managing customer service requests, coordinating stakeholders, preparing root-cause analyses, and delivering technical knowledge sessions. The role requires deep Ericsson RAN expertise, RF design and tuning knowledge, 3GPP and interface understanding, and extensive telecommunications support experience.

Leads Ericsson’s BSS/OSS network management and automation portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Oversees project delivery, staffing, financial performance, customer commitments, solution design, presales support, process improvement, and governance. Builds and develops customer-facing teams, manages budgets and cost recovery, promotes asset reuse and best practices, and serves as the escalation interface for market and business areas.
