Manage Equifax’s privacy compliance, Consumer Data Right, and responsible AI programs across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include privacy risk assessments, audits, monitoring, regulatory change management, impact assessments, policy development, remediation, reporting, and practical compliance advice. The role partners with Legal, Operations, product teams, regulators, and the wider Risk and Compliance function to maintain compliance with privacy and financial services regulations.

Processes and analyzes financial statement data to assess counterparty risk and organizational financial viability. Prepares evidence-based reports, recommendations, and presentations for government and private-sector customers. Engages senior stakeholders to obtain financial information, manages assessment scope and queries, meets deadlines and performance targets, and monitors industry and macroeconomic developments to inform analysis.
