Lead multi-site rehabilitation services, providing clinical governance, workforce and operational leadership, driving quality improvement, patient outcomes, service growth, and financial performance across the division.

Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to provide financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Identify cost and profit improvement opportunities, develop business cases and CAPEX support, deliver financial education, implement process improvements, and support decision-making through analysis and modelling.

Provide non-clinical reception, customer service and administrative support across outpatient pre-admission, admission, service delivery and discharge. Manage patient processing, direct patients/visitors/staff, use patient management systems, maintain accurate data entry, and work collaboratively within the outpatient administration team.
