Lead multi-site rehabilitation services, providing clinical governance, workforce and operational leadership, driving quality improvement, patient outcomes, service growth, and financial performance across the division.

Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to provide financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Identify cost and profit improvement opportunities, develop business cases and CAPEX support, deliver financial education, implement process improvements, and support decision-making through analysis and modelling.

Provide non-clinical reception, customer service and administrative support across outpatient pre-admission, admission, service delivery and discharge. Build relationships with Specialists, GP clinics and practice managers to increase referrals, manage CPD requirements, liaise with leadership on GP feedback, and support business development to raise awareness of Epworth services.

Provide senior technical leadership and act as escalation point for complex infrastructure, application, network, and clinical integration issues. Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, drive permanent fixes, mentor site support teams, enforce patching/configuration baselines, conduct health checks, and identify automation opportunities to improve stability, security, and service delivery across multi-site hospital environments.

Lead and support the perioperative orthopaedic scrub/scout team, providing clinical leadership, mentoring, daily activity management, and quality improvement. Drive surgical workflow optimisation, maintain accreditation and clinical governance, and deliver patient-centred care in a high-volume theatre environment.

Coordinate investigator-initiated and sponsored clinical research at the Julia Argyrou Endometriosis Centre. Manage study start-up to close-out, ethics and governance submissions, REDCap/database setup and data integrity, specimen handling, budgeting and invoicing, stakeholder liaison, meeting coordination, and contribute to grant applications while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, NHMRC, TGA and organisational requirements.

Provide high-quality cleaning and hospitality services at Epworth Richmond including bed making, laundry, linen distribution, waste disposal, infection control, and compassionate patient-facing support across rostered shifts.

Lead coordination and delivery of a new national community fundraising campaign: develop campaign framework and plan, manage timelines, budgets and logistics, grow participation and income, align with centre and fundraising priorities, and work with communications, marketing and leadership to meet fundraising and engagement objectives.

Provide on-site operational accountability for technology at Geelong hospital: deliver high-touch support to clinicians, maintain Windows and mobile environments, coordinate ICT teams and vendors, ensure service readiness for surgeries and clinical workflows, drive site-specific improvements and uphold security protocols.

Develop, deliver and maintain a comprehensive cyber awareness program including training, phishing simulations, education materials, events, reporting on program effectiveness, stakeholder collaboration, and support for employees and security partners.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for perioperative services across two hospitals, managing operating suites, CSSD, admissions and short stay units. Drive theatre utilisation, growth, budget and KPI performance; lead clinical teams through change, ensure compliance with standards, manage resources, stakeholder relationships, risk and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, patient-centred perioperative care.

Provide front-line administrative and coordination support for perioperative services, manage reception duties, phone and in-person enquiries, data entry, financial processing, and general office coordination. Deliver excellent customer service, maintain confidentiality and privacy, support continuous quality improvement, and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Provide patient-focused meal delivery and plating line service, support function setup and cleaning, follow infection control and food safety procedures, work flexibly across rostered shifts, and communicate compassionately with patients and team members.
