Coordinate casual, pool and agency nursing and ward clerk staff to fill vacant shifts, manage electronic rostering systems, liaise with clinical teams and agencies, provide CRU administrative support, and educate staff on rostering tools to ensure safe ward operations.

Build relationships with Specialists, GP clinics and practice managers to increase referrals, manage CPD requirements, liaise with leadership on GP feedback, and support business development to raise awareness of Epworth services.

Develop, deliver and maintain a comprehensive cyber awareness program including training, phishing simulations, education materials, events, reporting on program effectiveness, stakeholder collaboration, and support for employees and security partners.

Provide on-site operational accountability for technology at Geelong hospital: deliver high-touch support to clinicians, maintain Windows and mobile environments, coordinate ICT teams and vendors, ensure service readiness for surgeries and clinical workflows, drive site-specific improvements and uphold security protocols.

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Epworth's cloud and on-prem application portfolio. Triage incidents, problems and service requests; restore service or provide workarounds; monitor integrations; assist with implementations and upgrades; follow application management practices to meet service levels and client satisfaction KPIs.

Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care on an orthopaedic/surgical ward using evidence-based practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage patients and families in care planning, uphold clinical standards, safety and infection control, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced acute clinical environment.

Provide high-quality cleaning and hospitality services in a hospital setting including bed making, laundry, linen distribution, waste disposal, infection control, and compassionate patient-facing support across rostered shifts.

Provide front-desk customer service for a 31-theatre perioperative complex: greet patients and visitors, answer phones, perform data entry, maintain accurate departmental records, and support daily clerical and basic financial tasks while upholding Epworth values and assisting the Perioperative Services team.

Provide patient-focused meal delivery and plating line service, support function setup and cleaning, follow infection control and food safety procedures, work flexibly across rostered shifts, and communicate compassionately with patients and team members.

Lead perioperative scrub and scout team, support Nurse Unit Manager in daily operations, coordinate perioperative services across diverse surgical specialties, model clinical excellence, support team development and ensure high-quality patient outcomes and continuity of leadership when required.
