Produces accurate, timely transcripts from various audio formats using transcription and research tools. Responsibilities include proofreading, maintaining glossaries, researching terminology, meeting productivity and quality standards, communicating with court reporting and monitoring teams, responding to feedback, completing cross-training, and supporting ad hoc projects. The role requires flexibility outside standard business hours, strong English skills, typing speed of at least 75 words per minute, attention to detail, and basic office administration experience.

Drive new business revenue for trial solutions through outbound prospecting and inbound quote responses targeting law firms, barristers’ chambers, arbitrators, and arbitration centres. Identify prospects, promote Epiq’s offerings, follow up on marketing campaigns, arrange product demonstrations, manage sales targets, and maintain client communications. The role requires CRM experience, strong hunter-sales capability, communication and presentation skills, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Serve as a trusted, client-facing Technical Account Manager for Cloud Managed Services, providing strategic guidance on eDiscovery, legal technology, information governance, and cloud solutions. Build relationships, drive adoption and customer success, coordinate issue resolution, lead client reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to optimise service delivery and expand client use of Epiq solutions.
