Maintain availability, security, and performance of SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments. Perform installations, upgrades, patching, backups, recovery, replication, clustering, and disaster recovery. Support migrations (on-premises→cloud, SQL Server→PostgreSQL), troubleshoot performance and connectivity, contribute automation via Ansible/GitHub Actions and scripting, work with cloud/DevOps/app teams, and maintain documentation and standards.

Provide Tier 2 cloud production support for Azure-hosted applications and infrastructure. Triage and resolve incidents across app, DB, network, and infra; support containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD deployments, and SQL troubleshooting; manage incidents in ServiceNow; create operational docs and support occasional scheduled weekend activities.

The Sr. Product Developer writes and tests applications, participates in design reviews, mentors developers, and maintains and improves tools for product release.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will train team members, design technical solutions, deliver client presentations, and drive sales initiatives, facilitating business growth.
