Provides technical support and guidance to workers compensation claims teams, ensuring compliance with Victorian law and WorkSafe Victoria requirements. Reviews claims practices, identifies trends, develops procedures and strategic initiatives, supports performance targets, and builds stakeholder relationships. The role also assists with coaching, governance, and organisational compliance.
