Build and maintain detection and incident response capabilities: triage alerts, investigate incidents, lead responses, develop and tune detection rules, onboard and parse data in SIEM (Chronicle), monitor macOS endpoints and cloud environments (JAMF, GCP/SCC), automate workflows with Python/Bash, and apply MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks to create actionable detections.

The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives, support customers with technical solutions, build demonstrations, and create self-service tools, aiming to enhance customer experience and internal processes.

Own full-cycle recruiting for forward deployed engineering roles, design search strategies, build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage complex searches, guide candidates through the process, represent ElevenLabs externally, and iteratively improve hiring processes and tooling.
