Drive net-new revenue and expansion across state government and higher education accounts. Build pipeline through prospecting, events, and account penetration; manage complex sales cycles; position Elastic’s search, observability, security, and AI solutions; engage executive and technical stakeholders; conduct discovery and qualification; develop territory plans; forecast accurately; and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.

Build and operate large-scale, multi-cloud infrastructure supporting Elastic Cloud. Responsibilities include developing automation software and internal tools in Golang, managing Linux hosts and containerized workloads, improving observability and reliability, participating in on-call rotations, handling incidents and postmortems, contributing to code reviews and documentation, and mentoring teammates.
