Manage end-to-end client onboarding and account lifecycle for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring AML/KYC compliance, accurate CRM records, cross-team coordination, and high-quality multi-channel customer support. Resolve issues, handle escalations, and build strong client relationships to improve satisfaction.

Conceptualise and produce motion graphics, animated assets, and video content from storyboard to final delivery. Edit footage, sound, typography, and effects to support storytelling; optimise outputs for social, web, and presentations. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the Creative Lead, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
